everyday athlete online coaching is perfect for those who have the motivation but need the direction & accountability.

personalised programming will be designed for you based on your goals.

with all programming delivered via a coaching app where you will be guided through workouts, track your activities & view exercise demo’s, you’ll have all you need to work towards your goals.

additionally, you will have my guidance through regular message communication & optional video call check ins.

My in person coaching service is the perfect option for those who need to build gym confidence and who struggle with motivation.

As well as benefiting from all of the features in every day athlete online coaching, the in person service includes 1-3 sessions per week where you will be guided, coached and encouraged through the workout by me in our private gym facility in leith, edinburgh.

fitness has been a massive part of my life for as long as i can remember. evolving from playing rugby in my earlier years and using the gym as a way to be better on the field, my journey has now taken me down a running and competitive functional fitness route. i want to be fit and strong to improve my life now and in the future and I want to help others do the same.

fitness can have a profound impact on your life in so many ways and i want to shine a light on that. it can improve mental health, quality of life & even help you live longer - let that one sink in.
