Functional fitness competitions are the new craze. With the likes of Hyrox, ATHX & tough mudder growing in popularity the opportunity to showcase your new found Hybrid athleticism has never been better, and everyday athlete will build your roadmap to nailing those comps!

  • There are 3 Programs available - intermediate, advanced & Elite. The program that you select should be decided based on the amount of time you are able to commit to your training.

    Once you sign up, andrew will reach out to you via the app to help decide which option is right for you.

  • To get the most out of The everyday athlete programs you should have an entry level understanding of functional strength training and compound movements such as the squat & deadlift.

    You should also be able to run without stopping for at least 45 minutes.

  • Access to a gym is essential. The programs are written with commercial gym spaces in mind - so the vast majority of the equipment needed should be available in your gym. If you discover this to not be the case then you can reach out via the app for advice on replacement exercises.

  • There are 3 program options for you to choose from - you can select which one you do based on the amount of time you can/want to commit:

      • 5 Sessions

      • 3 Gym Based, 2 Runs.

    • Advanced

      • 5 Training Days

      • 6 Sessions
